A great company to work with. Energy Source in Smithfield, RI is professional, well organized, and easy to coordinate with. The job was in Chelmsford MA. Communication is solid, expectations are clear, and jobs are run efficiently from start to finish. It’s obvious they care about quality and doing things right. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and would highly recommend them.
We had a lighting upgrade done in 2020 and they did a great job, we dealt with Billy and he always there making sure everything was done properly. Didn't have to pay anything additional. The reason I'm writing this review is that unfortunately for some reason the permit was inspected but wasn't closed and I needed closed fast for the sale of a building. Billy responded afterhours and got done the next day. Awesome customer service!
I have worked with Energy Source and my rating is 10/10!!! These guys know their stuff inside and out and work hard to provide the max incentives towards all of my efficiency and electrification projects. Awesome to see these guys grow over the past few years and transform into a COMPLETE POWERHOUSE!!!
BEWARE!Jared Constantino confirmed over the phone that Mass Save would be paying the ENTIRE cost for energy upgrades and our contribution would be 0.00. After chasing him and having him ignore us for 8 months, we finally left a message for his boss which generated an email from him telling us that we would have to pay over $1,300.00!! Wasn't even courteous enough to call and explain.
Don't deal with these people, they are a rip-off
