Had a great experience today. 3/20/25. They showed up when I was told they would. They gave me direction of everything they were going to do, respected my house and me. They cleaned up after themselves and all 3 gentlemen were very nice and professional. I would use again.
From the initial phone call to the finished job this company was great to work with. They took care of everything in terms of educating me about their process and putting a plan together to maximize the best results. Our home was built in the late 1800s and needed insulated. The crew was professional, clean, and did what they said they were going to do. They also cleaned up everything and left the space better than they found it. Communication was timely and detailed.
We definitely recommend Smart Energy. From beginning to end it was well explained and we got exactly what we wanted. The men who put the insulation in were on time, professional, explained everything, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. It was also a nice they handle everything with the rebates. Thanks for a warmer house.
