The atmosphere she creates for all her customers is incredible and that’s why the customer service and the way she is able to meet you where you are at is unmatched. I just left my first session with Coach G. It was absolutely amazing 👏🏾. She assessed my movement and physicality to properly design my workouts. I am stoked! I know that my fitness journey will be tough but so worth it! I am certain she is rooting for me to reach my goals. She clearly knows her stuff. I love how attuned she is to me, my ability and the process. I rate it 💯!

Coach G is awesome and energetic. She gets results from both her Fitness programs and classes through consistency, mindset change, and proper nutrition. Coach G has definitely created something special with Energy Shot Fitness! Her energy and leadership is like no other. She pushes you past your limits and always has your back. Classes are always fun and different and everyone is so welcoming. I am very grateful to have connected with this place!
