Bought our Rinnai Gas heater from them 15 years ago.. had it serviced due to an error code that needed service .. No spare parts needed.. and it’s probably good for another 15 years..🤣 Coincidentally.. we had Richard arrange installation of our Air conditioning..it was then.. I realised .. we had purchased our gas heater from him .. 15 years ago.. Good to see an Aussie business still kicking on and offering good service after all these years..
If i could give negative scores I would.Worst customer service ever. Their gas heater installer did a dodge job and now no longer with them. They wont cover his work. Wont get back in touch. FORMALlY complaining with fair trading and building commission DONT USE THEM
