Extremely unprofessional. They were scheduled for an install today beteen 9-9:30. At 10 I called because they were a no show. The rep told me they should be there and he would call.20 miuntes later, I hadn't hear anything and I called him back. He said the truck was broken down on the side of the road. I have another company coming tomorrow.
