They are OUT TO GET YOU! – My husband and I recently purchased out first house. We do not know very much about repairing a Furnace so we callled Energy Savings and Heating to come out because they charge a flat rate for diagnostic, a little higher than others but it seemed like a better deal because they said if we ended up needing a part replaced they would do it for the cost of the part after the diagnostic fee.
