I had a tankless water heater installed at my home pursuant to a call to have a salesperson attend to explain rebates i would be given if I qualified for. Example oesp. The technicians who installed the tankless water heater were excellent workers. The managers I spoke to consequently were all very professional. But I cannot say the same for the salesman. I had a Tankless Water Heater installed at my home on May 7,2025. This was in response to a call for me to allow a salesman to visit my home to discuss rebates. The installing technicians were excellent workers. The Managers that I spoke with subsequently were very professional. But I cannot say the same for the Salesman. In my opinion he either needs a lot of training to do the job properly or he is just someone that thinks he is smart and try to cut corners to the detriment of the customers.
