So glad I decided to go with Energy SA for my new solar/battery installation. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Beginning with the professionalism of the site visit and quote from Addie to the prompt, expert installation by Dillon and his crew, everything was done to a very high standard. I would be happy to use them for any future projects and have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone requiring their services.

Right from my first contact with Energy SA I was very impressed with their professional approach. As older pensioners, I advised Robby that we could not justify a large expense for repairing or replacing our old Solar System. He advised me of the possible cheapest way to repair or replace the inverter, but on further inspection found the complete system needed replacing. Addie and team at EnergySA and installers Dillon Williams and team were fantastic. Explained everything and assisted with everything along the way. All of the staff have been pleasant, respectful and polite. The work was done on time and efficiently and is very aesthetically pleasing. The site was immaculate when they had finished. We are very happy to recommend Energy SA based on our experience!
I had problems with a Tesla battery. Process is to go to installer but they were bankrupt. First Tesla qualified solar technician I engaged charged a fortune to achieve almost nothing. I eventually found Energy SA who fixed all my problems, very efficiently. Everyone from Robby in management to Courtney keeping me informed what was happening to the installers Jake and Jesse were outstanding . Their attitude and efficiency suggests they would be equally capable with any job. HIGHLY recommend.
