I’ve been a member at the Energy Project for just over 12 months I feel I’ve become the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been, which has really helped issues I had with back pain and other mobility challenges which I now don’t have to deal with. Ben, the owner, really knows his stuff. I see progress and improvement in just about everything with every new class. Normally, I hate gym-based exercises and have never been able to attend them consistently for more than two months in a row, then I get bored out of my skull and need to take a break. have been training in group classes at Energy Project for just over a year and highly recommend. the program is challenging, with heaps of variety and not at all boring. everyone is super welcoming and vibes are always good. 5 stars!
