I've been going to Energy Project for about 6 months now and have been loving it! I love being able to turn up and do a workout that has been deeply thought through and designed to progress us towards goals inside and outside the gym. Not only that, I have absolute trust in Ben and the team to guide us in a way that is SAFE and strengthens us to avoid injury. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made as I’ve transitioned from my 30s into my 40s. The training here has helped me get back into shape, build real strength, and improve my mobility, I haven’t even had to go to the physio since I started. On top of that, the small classes create a really welcoming, supportive environment without being overwhelming. It’s easy to stay motivated and consistent here. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel stronger, healthier, and part of a great space.
I’ve been a member at the Energy Project for just over 12 months I feel I’ve become the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been, which has really helped issues I had with back pain and other mobility challenges which I now don’t have to deal with.
