Very happy dealing with Energy Point . I had a warranty issue after Heat Pump was installed by a different company. Gemma was sent out promptly by Energy Point to fix the problem and did more than was necessary. Fast and efficient. I would deal with this company.
Had problem with air con. They helped me straight away. Over pH advice then sent a man and then a lovely lady technician. All fantastic friendly people. The lady fixed it for me and explained in plain English how the air con works and what was prob. Highly recommended
