We were very happy and satisfied with Energy Plus. The technician was so accommodating. Our AC broke down right in the middle of a heat wave and I know it's really hard for a heating & air contractor to come out the same day you contact them during summer months. However, he was willing to schedule us in for the end of the day. Then he even came a bit earlier and quickly repaired what needed to be fixed and was courteous and professional besides. Energy Plus came out to fix our air conditioner. Delvis came out and was on time and punctual. I told him what the problem was and he quickly went to work and diagnosed the issue. He took his time and made sure that everything fit correctly and made sure everything worked. He also checked my unit to make sure there were no safety issues.
