STAY CLEAR!! I was advised that we would have the 1st year service carried out for free as they installed the Air source Heat Pump. However, I received a call asking for £250 payment so they can carry out the the service. First of all I was shocked at the price but proceeded to explain that I have the first one free. Arranged a new roof, advised it was all approved and now no response to my emails. Really poor
Quality service...Arash and scott put my hot water and boiler back on ..had issues with kitchen mixer tap.. They corrected issue left by a historic plumber.. Have wonderful relationship with energy pig.. They put in my new boiler 2 years ago...and do a yearly service and safety
Had my boiler fitted by this company have no complaints whatsoever... fitted and working in one day ,, nicest guys cleaned up behind themselves , very professional no problems would use this company again.
