Haven't had the product installed due to wait on local elec. company No contact for over two wks. Maybe' a call letting customer known status. Spoke with company and things were corrected immediately. Would still recommend this company.
Energy One delivered everything they said they would and a bit more than I expected. It was nice to get a product with no hidden surprises or disappointments. They did the installation when they said they would, provided the product they said they would, it was a neatly and professionally done install. They also worked the Netmetering agreement with my power coop on my behalf. The panels and microinverters and the "Envoy" uplink are the latest state of the art tech, for solar. They came back and made sure all the problems were fixed and I am very happy with them.
