Worst company to deal with!
If I could give 0 stars that is what they would get. I am trying to change companies because the customer service is horrible. i have been over charged , not told about any extra charges. they have charged my cc without authorization. My tank has been in the ground for 25yrs since I bought and built my house. They are telling me I cannot change companies because they own the tank and they will not sell it to another company. AmeriGas is an awful company. They price gauge, have ridiculous fees ($450 for them to grab their own tank, it was half of that when I signed up but then I was locked in my contract when the price increased), and horrendous customer service. Use any other company.
Service response time sucks. Rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.
I have tried to set up a pre-buy for over 6 weeks. The people in India do not have enough access rights and everything takes for ever. Last week I talked to a manager that said he would get back to me in 24 hours and it ihas now been 6 days. The pre-buy price keeps going up and I know I have to pay the higher price for your incompetence. This is not customer service.
