Horrible. Supposed to get a delivery days ago. Got 2 kids here. And now we are in the middle of a snowstorm and being told tomorrow, maybe? Unacceptable. Don't even bother. Even sounds like infighting within the company as you call them and have to juggle between people that barely speak English that dont seem to know whats going on in their own company.
In my experience, they provide propane — and that’s about it. The leased tank on my property is visibly corroding, yet I’ve never received any inspection report or documentation showing it’s being maintained. This winter their auto delivery system failed and we were nearly left without heat, with kids in the house. I had to call repeatedly to resolve it, chase down the driver when he attempted to leave, and then dispute an erroneous emergency delivery fee — which was only necessary because their auto delivery failed. Being that I am an elderly handicap woman with MS. I have noticed that the workmen that your company sends here to fill my tanks have all been very respectful and caring of all of my needs to make sure that my propane is full and that I don’t have to worry as much.
