I noticed a gas leak, called Amerigas and a tech came to my house in 45 minutes. He accurately determined the cause of the leak, ordered a part and installed the next day, solving the problem.
Save yourself and go with a smaller company! Awful service, no way to get in touch with anyone. I was on hold for almost an hour. Smaller companies will come out and help in times of need but Amerigas is 10 days out at all times. Worst company I have ever dealt with. The tank they gave us was also condemned by another company. It was completely rotted and they charged $500 to take it off our property (unannounced and with an unmarked truck, extremely unsettling with young children at home). Failed auto delivery, ignored emergency request for delivery, result-$900.00 water bill.
They monitor my tank and refill as needed. They have a budget plan so I have a predictable monthly payment. All good for me.
Poor service system. Service staff good once you could get to them.
