Waited 2 1/2 weeks for delivery. Charged highest price $4.97/gal. Had to speak with too many people I could not understand. Company profits A LOT from those who barely make it. Any discrepancy you can't figure out, automatic $36 late fee every month, $8.99 statement fee every month and other "fees". My favorite is the new tank rental fee for a 30+ year old, rusty 500 gal. tank
Horrible during our negotiation on my contract, we came to certain terms, but never got those revised terms in a modified contract. Just got billed and can never reach customer service to go over my concern in regards to this, there were lot of missing agreements we made in order to stay with amerigas horrible experience horrible customer service.!
As long as we don’t have to call the call center the service is excellent. The call center is a complete nightmare. You guys really need to do something about the operators who are unable to speak clear English, especially when dealing with elderly people who are hard of hearing. The accents are not understandable.
Prompt service; friendly and cooperative folks who address one’s needs. Good value to boot!
