I feel terrible having to write this review for a couple of reasons: 1) Brandon is a nice guy 2) he has some great products and he is very knowledgeable about them. However the customer service/follow up was non existent. He never called me once to tell me the status of my warranty item. Never called me to give me updates about items missing from my order. I was told the GMG grill would be in within 8 weeks. So I waited until 9 weeks before calling. Was told my order was in but not all the accessories were in. So I'd follow ... read more
