Primary complaint is the customer service. Extremely difficult to reach anyone live. Their phone menu options are not helpful. Have had to email multiple times to resolve simple things such as updating my account information. Not very customer friendly.
This company needs to be investigated. Has anyone gone to the news yet?
I am highly disappointed! I am new to Philadelphia. Moved to Goldtex at the recommendation of a few people. Wish I hadn't! When I received my first electricity bill I was flabbergasted! The cost just doesn't seem to add up especially since I was not home for 10 of the 30 day billing period and when I was home I hardly ever used any electricity. I don't turn on the AC or fans. I only use the lights at night but I don't keep them all on at once nor do I keep them one for more than 1 hour max! Every time I call EMS, every promp... read more
