Going on 15 years with the 385EK. In that time I have probably fed it with 100+ face cords of mostly oak. Here is to another problem free 15 years. Thanks for providing a well engineered and manufactured product.
My furnace has saved me probably hundreds of thousands of dollars since I installed it. Since average heat bills for other homes in my area average $600 per month I probably don’t use more than 5 gallons of gas cutting and splitting my wood Per Year
This is a scam company! Do NOT order anything from here. (It took MONTHS to get the woodstove that was supposed to be delivered within 1 week after they got my money). I did & the new Royal King wood furnace is a piece of junk! They just threw a piece of sheet metal over the top & sides & they get VERY hot to the touch! When lit, the air blows out from in front of & in back of it, so much so, that it blows my hair. Matt told me this is the way it was supposed to work. The blower would blow constintly, for hours!, if 3 or mor... read more

Not pleased at all, took 2 1/2 months to get the heater once I ordered and paid for it. Once I got it the ash door was broken, they were going to send me a door, it's now been 3 weeks, I got a door last week but it was the wrong door. Got my credit card bill today and they charged me for the shipping a 2nd time when they shipped it and I didn't even authorize it, they had saved my credit card info from where I paid for the heater and the shipping on Sept 8.
