How is this company still in business. I honestly urge consumers to read these reviews and take them as truth. The issues I see in reviews from others are the same issues I had. Extremely long wait times after they take your money to get your product. Then when the product shows up it’s not all there and you are left waiting on parts. The issue where the blower blows air not through your ducts but around the crappy sheet metal cover of the furnace is true. There is no air pressure in my ducts on the second floor. Going on 15 years with the 385EK. In that time I have probably fed it with 100+ face cords of mostly oak. Here is to another problem free 15 years. Thanks for providing a well engineered and manufactured product.
My furnace has saved me probably hundreds of thousands of dollars since I installed it. Since average heat bills for other homes in my area average $600 per month I probably don’t use more than 5 gallons of gas cutting and splitting my wood Per Year
This is a scam company! Do NOT order anything from here. (It took MONTHS to get the woodstove that was supposed to be delivered within 1 week after they got my money). I did & the new Royal King wood furnace is a piece of junk! They just threw a piece of sheet metal over the top & sides & they get VERY hot to the touch! When lit, the air blows out from in front of & in back of it, so much so, that it blows my hair. Matt told me this is the way it was supposed to work.
