Great customer service and tech support , friendly people and seems like a great place to work
We purchased a pro home system from these guys. I installed it rather easily. Ran into issues with MTU skips due to too much noise and TED customer service was extremely helpful on more than one occasion. They were very patient and walked me through everything and helped troubleshoot the problem. I now have an plug in filter that is making our system run perfect. Not to mention that installing this system cleared up a misunderstanding with our shared electric bill. Highly recommended for businesses.
