We have had 2 installations from Energy House and very much appreciate their knowledge & professionalism. Fireplaces & inserts can be tricky, as they are impacted by the chimney, weather, etc. EH has been a reliable source for troubleshooting and problem solving. We are very satisfied with their service and products. Ralph is super!
Very poor service desk. Do not talk with Nikki. Skip Nikki because she is not helpful unless you need to book $500 UPFRONT service call. Also, they do not honor warranties and hide by fake field notes from their technicians. Spent $8k on a fireplace that stopped working after 1.5 yrs of use. Avoid this company.
