I purchased parts for my gas fireplace that needed replacing. One item had to be warranted, with no issues was a very smooth transaction. Good place! Large display of efficient gas fireplaces when remodeling or service work.
Great showroom, very helpful staff, Ralph was excellent, highly recommend energy house for all your fireplace, fire pit, lanterns & torches, backyard kitchen upgrades and they even have pizza ovens and pergolas! Right here in Gilroy. Stop By for a quote!
We have had 2 installations from Energy House and very much appreciate their knowledge & professionalism. Fireplaces & inserts can be tricky, as they are impacted by the chimney, weather, etc. EH has been a reliable source for troubleshooting and problem solving. We are very satisfied with their service and products. Ralph is super!
Very poor service desk. Do not talk with Nikki. Skip Nikki because she is not helpful unless you need to book $500 UPFRONT service call. Also, they do not honor warranties and hide by fake field notes from their technicians. Spent $8k on a fireplace that stopped working after 1.5 yrs of use. Avoid this company.
