The Monessen Serenade Fireplace I bought in 2014 - that's right, this year! - has a piece that fell out. The blower was just installed Dec 16, 2014. When I called Energy House about it Dec 22 they DID NOT call me back. Now I have no fireplace for Christmas. I don't dare operate it without this piece because the flames don't look right.
