If I could add a half star, I would. Windows ordered in August. I was never told it would take months. I went weeks without getting updates. I had to pester them on numerous occasions to get an update. Finally, in December, the windows were to be installed. I was told two days to complete. Two full days later, the job was not complete. Multiple unsolicited phone calls. Ask them to stop calling me and the lady disconnected the call. Terrible phone service skills.

Unfortunately, my experience with Energy Home Pros was disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to schedule an estimate, no one followed through. I submitted a form on their website for a quote but never received a callback. The next day, I called to follow up, and they were unaware of my request. They eventually scheduled a visit for an estimate, but unfortunately, no one showed up.
