Really good place to train, loads of equipment to use and you can train everything here such as martial arts, circuit training and bodybuilding. The prices are good but the mats and cage need cleaning there is hair and sweat and just dirt on the floor also looks like drinks have been spilled. If the cleanliness of the place were better i would have 4. The sauna you have to put coins in which is ridiculous, i think if you pay to train there you shouldn't have to pay for the use of the sauna. Showers aren't good i would just g... read more
