Our gym and health club offers a full weight room and a complete line of brand new cardio equipment. Energy Health Clubs also offers personal training packages and we have one of the largest selection of Group X Classes in Sonoma County. Our Group Exercise (Group X) Classes include the world famous Zumba Dance Party, Energy Spin, and the newest class to sweep the nation: TRX and Turbo Kick along with the staple classes such as Yoga and Boot Camp. Aqua aerobics classes multiple times during the week as well.

Great Gym! – Many of you know my by my stage name, "Tyler Reks". I'm a professional wrestler with WWE and I'm on the Monday Night RAW roster. I wanted to let everyone in the area know that 21st Century Health Club is a phenomenal gym! Not just because they have everything I need to get a workout in, but they have all sorts of aerobics classes for my wife and daycare as well for our little one. Love this place! I absolutely love this gym The staff is so sweet and nice! I'm a swimmer so having a pool is a must. Its clean and there's always lanes open for me. They also have yoga and pilates, which I looooveee! Thanks Angelina for being so sweet and helpful when you signed me up!
