I was in town for SWAT training and needed a place to workout while in town. Marty was great and allowed us access to start training the day I arrived. He worked with me over the phone and it was a smooth experience. The gym is great. Old school machines and has a good old school vibe. Everything you need to get your workouts are here. Loved it for my stay, definitely recommended.

Been going here for the past 8 years. Nice and clean, plenty of machines for all kinds of workouts and good membership prices. Marty is very nice too
