I had an awning by Sunsetter installed on my house by ENERGY FIRST of Alma two years ago. The first time I used it last year there was a tear in the awning. I called ENERGY FIRST and they called Sunsetter and replaced it. This summer I noticed a wear mark in the same spot and called ENERGY FIRST again but it took forever for them to respond and when they did they came to my house only to NOT fix the problem but knocked the awning out of pitch.
