Terrible customer service. They run the Xcel energy online store (smart thermostats for purchase). Live chat said they couldn't help solve my issue. So I called and was assured by the rep my order had been cancelled (because they couldn't ship it out for 1-3 weeks). But I was charged anyways, and even though my order still hasn't shipped they say they can't cancel the order. Now when I email them it takes 2+ days to get a response.
