Cindy does a great job in telling me how I am doing healthwise, making necessary adjustments, and giving me advice on where and how I can improve in areas that need help. She also lets me know if the supplements I am taking are working well with my body. My goal is to do the best I can with preventing illnesses, and Cindy has done an excellent job in helping me meet my goals!
