Worst company ever. Expecting great service when we spent over $25,000. Gave 2 weeks delay for installation. NEVER came to the house to check on job. Let his installers leave exposed foam around the windows for 1 and 1/2 days on this 40 F weather on a wooden house! Company says it's not their problem. Also got the wrong size slider AFTER measuring 2 TIMES!!! Someone needs help to learn how to read a tape measurement!
Had new windows and doors installed by Energy Efficient Construction in 2013. The product s and installation were great and on time. Had a slight problem with a storm door this year (2014) and called EEC. Dale Howard came out promptly, looked at the problem, ordered a part, and made arrangements for repair. The repairmen just left and the door is in perfect working order again.
