Read the fine print. Even though we paid EEP for LABOR and materials, they are refusing to pay the labor to replace the defective Falkor lighting fixtures after 11 months. It’s a VERY conditional warranty. Caveat Emptor.
They will tell you it is all free until they get into the building or setup a phone meeting for the primary sales rep to take over and then tell you it is not free.
Had them replace the old lighting in my commercial business. They took care of everything. Even got me a big rebate from Arizona Public Service which paid for much of the upgrade. This improvement will save on my electric bill paying for itself in months.
