I had my 3 kitchen windows changed. I was not given the chance to see which kind of windows will be installed despite asking repeatedly to see them. I also have the text on my cell phone to prove it. I did not haggle and paid what was asked. I was very unhappy with the windows, not the design I want neither the quality. I did bring it up to Victor, although a nice guy, but did not seem to care when I asked him why they weren't the design I had asked for nor the quality. I would not recommend it. worst company... did a $150,000 renovation job for us ... never finished the job... they will tell you something and do something.. after about a month of work they stopped showing up to the job.. on the contract we agreed on a 2 month time period and it took 4 months to complete the job and i still had to pay another contractor to finish the job...
