My dad used to say "you don't know, what you don't know". Well, I didn't know how much extra money I would make or that using this program would help with miss sized installs. We gave our comfort advisors portable printers and made it mandatory to use EDS in front of the customer and email them a report. Our closing percent went up along with our selling price.
