Jeremiah, We just want to acknowledge to you how helpful John has been. He has gone above and beyond explaining things to us. He has even made videos. John was very patient showing us how to use our generator on a very cold day. He wasn’t going to leave until it was working, and we knew how to start it. Had 26 panels put on my roof. Their part of the process was very smooth. Only delays were with the power company. Install was quick and clean and the installers were respectful and very nice. Well worth it!
I love my new solar array! I had several companies come out and quote systems for my house, and I was most excited about Energy Design. Jeremiah was very thorough in explaining the system and was one of only 2 salespeople who actually climbed on the roof to inspect it. We got four estimates for solar panel installation. Energy Design lead in all categories! They are a local business, their estimate was the least expensive, the installation took only two days (!), and everyone was so professional, friendly and kind, and easy to deal with through the whole process. 5 stars!
