Took my mom , she needs to make a new set of dentures , they took the impression and advise that they will call me the following week with an estimate, after waiting for two weeks I call the office left a voicemail twice ,.. no one call back , lack of unprofessional service from the doctor and the staff. Totally ignored my mom case , if the doctor is not specialized in making the dentures , could have be honest upfront not to give false hope that she will call back . Unprofessional and lack of courtesy to return a call back.
