EC deserves zero stars. It left it's name and number on a label after completing electrical work on my pool equipment. I called EC to come out and diagnose an electrical issue relating to the work it did. When I called, it wasn't even clear if I had the right number, as the person answered "this is Joey". After confirming I had the right number, the employee spent more time convincing me the issue was not electrical, despite me explaining why it was, and less time actually listening to the description of the issue.
