Stopped in a few times, low energy & no enthusiasm for our new purchase interest. 2nd visit no kickstands. 3rd visit, over priced for a through check of a new bike we had put together. Got it done up the street for $35 less. We tried 3 x 😖
Very disappointed in the customer service provided. I brought in a beach cruiser on 2/2/18 for new brakes, tune up, and new tires. I was told it would be finished in one week and they would give me a call. After not hearing anything for 3 1/2 weeks I stopped in and it still wasn't finished. No apologies offered. I stopped by today and it was finished, however I still never received a call. When I asked, the gentleman "Bob" claimed to call me but never left a message. I bought a Rincon Giant Bicycle there way back on May 13. 2009.
We recently bought a bike from The EC for my daughter- within a week she popped the tires- without any grief they replaced the tires and even with a 9 year old walking in there showed her the utmost respect. Would never go anywhere else!
Keith is the absolute man when it comes to repairs, friendliness, professionalism. I would recommend him and this shop to anyone.
Such a great bike shop owner staff amazing many many many years in the industry always a pleasure going in there and make you feel right at home
