ECS Specialty Rain Gutters installed gutters at our nonprofit here in Phoenix. From the beginning of the process to the completion of the project they communicated regularly and provided the necessary details for us to understand the scope of the work being completed. Carrie (office manager) and Paul ( owner) are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Their work was excellent and the price fair. I recommend them if you need gutter work!
This company is great. Why? Always timely communication, you always know what they are doing, when and always fast to reply, no long periods of waiting for them to reply (thank you Carrie). Knowledge, their staff is extremely knowledgeable and provided other ideas I had not considered that were more viable than mine. Followup, any questions or issues they were quick to resolve. AWESOME!
