We had our system installed in June 2018. Great service and the install seemed to go in flawlessly. Good customer service at the time. They have since dissolved the company and if you have any warrantee issues your are SOL. Les File Drywall, the parent company is clueless when you call. We have had the conduit on the roof going to the inverter separate exposing the wires inside. They were amazing and easy to work with and get a hold of in the beginning. Came time to do our taxes so we called to have the information sent to us...like they told us to. We have called 4-5 times over the past 3 weeks and can't talk to anyone or get them to return phone calls. Numbers are disconnected and voicemail boxes are full. Contacting BBB and attorney general's office soon.

I've left messages four times now over the last 2 weeks. None of their menu options work. The forwarded numbers are disconnected or route to a guy named Robert that doesn't work for them.
