Called on spec Wednesday to ask if it was possible for their guys to do a system check of my victron setup in my bus. Jessica was very helpful by passing me on to Andrew who is their "storeman, technician". He said just bring it in and we'll get it sorted. Thursday mid morning we show up in the driveway and straight into it.What a godsend he is. Found some issues along with updates needing to be addressed. Good workers didn't stop even stay late to finish job..
The crew from Energybase have now installed 2 separate roof solar units on my house over a couple of years. I have been very happy with the workmanship and after installation support from Brendan and the team at the office. Will be back in the future for battery installation sometime.
