My HVAC company recommended Joe today to help me replace a faulty breaker they discovered after our Air Conditioner stopped working. He texted me, asked a few questions, guided me through a couple things, and we ultimately found that nothing needed replacing. AC working again. I'd never met him before, and he definitely could have come to the house and charged me for a service call. But he didn't. Super helpful and very quick fix on our electrical issue. They worked with our home warranty company so the process was easy and simple. Very friendly! My only request is that they’d reach out sooner than the day of to give us a window of when they would come out. The email said anytime from 8-5pm so I had no idea when they would arrive. Luckily I was home and everything worked out great!
