An excellent gym! But it’s not just a gym but a community - and a supportive one at that. No matter shape, size, or health goals everyone is welcome here. It is such a lovely space and Nick and the team are always around with bright smiles. The access is excellent and offers a small feel as opposed to the bigger gyms - a place where they know your name! Highly recommend to anyone!

Nick and the team run the best gym on the Beaches, such a great group of trainers and clients. Highly recommend throwing yourself into one of their eight-week challenges - amazing what results you can get from small sustainable changes!

Nick and his team have been amazing, welcoming and above all inclusive. Nick has always made my son Luka feel empowered and independent with his training, allowing him the opportunity to reach his personal goals and not let his disability get in his way. He is treated the same as any other member of the gym, to the point where Luka doesn’t feel that he’s had a productive day until he gets his gym session in.
