Great gym. This was my first gym, with the great trainers I learnt a lot and accomplished all my fitness goals. Great for all ages and levels of fitness. Highly recommend

Over the past 12 years I have been a member of various gyms and exercise groups under the guidance of different personal trainers. In that time I have had the same range of niggles mainly in my shoulder and glute. Not once has a trainer ever thought about or problem solved those niggles but instead they would usually change the exercise or lower the height or weight I was using. Great selection of equipment. Trainers are very kind and welcoming. They are always more than happy to guide me if I don’t understand any exercise. Overall, fantastic gym and community.

I’ve done gyms before, but Healthspan is different. It’s like a family of like minded people of all ages, who want to be healthy. I find it to be super supportive and motivating, and I actually enjoy training now. Joining has been the best decision I ever made.
