I recently had a session for Kinesiology with Rachel and I found her to be exceptionally good. I have been to quite a few over the years. Rachel seemed to get right to the source. I felt very comfortable, safe and heard. I feel many layers of the onion have been peeled away. I highly recommend ❤ Thank you Rachel and I look forward to the next session 🙏

I feel so grateful to have found Missy and experienced her Reiki sessions. Every session with her has been incredibly calming, grounding and genuinely beautiful. Irene is a thoughtful, considerate and attentive practitioner. From the get go, I felt extremely comfortable in her presence and her massage was totL relaxation while also target my sore spots. Energise is a beautiful practice. I am so lucky to have this in my neighbourhood.
