The gym itself is good, but it seems that some of the people who go here weren't briefed on gym etiquette. The main example of this being people who 'reserve' machines by putting their towel/belongings on it, then going to use another machine (or even more than one other). Considering that there is only really one of each machine here, it becomes annoying if you want to work out on a machine that is being reserved. Amazing gym. I just joined and extremely happy with the classes. It Would be great if they could extend the gym hours.

I have been a member of this gym for many years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the gym has everything I need. They regularly update my weights workout for me so I always feel like I am progressing. Lauren and Reece have done this for me in the past are it is 100%. The classes are great too and I particular like the Yoga classes with the variety of excellent teachers and styles. Natalie, Jess, Phillipa and Liz are all brilliant and I always get something good out of their clas... read more

Always welcoming, always friendly, always fun, and never compromising on providing a complete and inclusive professional fitness and health experience and service to the community. Staff, instructors and members of all ages make it a wonderful place to be part of. Thanks guys.
