Best yoga class I’ve had for many many years. Friendly welcoming and a lovely relaxed atmosphere… Alison is such a great teacher, always there to guide and help you through challenging poses. Pilates too is always enjoyable great atmosphere and again a great teacher who always goes the extra mile. Good for all ages and all levels. I go weekly and each class always has a new pose or position. . I would highly recommend Alison and Rachel’s classes. I personally have felt the benefits

I’ve just finished my 12 week recalibrate program and can definitely say I’ve seen an improvement in how I feel day by day. I personally started the program with a pretty good knowledge of health and having already started making lifestyle changes bit by bit over the last few years. However, even with this knowledge and foundation I found that the course still built on and added to my daily healthy habits. I highly recommend Energise Fitness - there is a great range of classes to choose from and the teaching is excellent. The hybrid classes mean that I can join the live class in the studio via Zoom from my home which is really convenient for me.
