First class service and really helpful useful advice
Just had Energie Solutions do my first service on my new build house. They identified a number of issues and mistakes made by the original installer including putting the outdoor unit in the wrong place!! Complained to the builders are they corrected everything. Just waiting for Energie Solutions to come back free of charge to check over everything has been done correctly.
With the sun finally coming out, thought I would get my Solar Thermal system looked at. Found Energie Solutions who answered the phone promptly, provided a very detailed quote and the engineer turned up on time as planned. Lewis was very thorough with all of the checks and explained everything to me system all good to go now for the summer 🌞🌞
Had Energie Solutions at my property to carry out my annual service . They have also added the glycol into my system . The local company I had been using for several years supposedly topped my system on each visit - this turns out to be completely untrue. The engineer who did the service explained why this should be done and how long it will take to flush it in properly as he described "it's not the same as topping up the screen wash on the car!!". Turns out this is not true. Energie solutions engineer explained how this work sbluld be carrisd out and how long it shpuld take. They were here for 4 hours.
