Have been using this gym for three months now and my personal trainer James Hales has been absolutely brilliant. I'm in my mid 50s and was nervous about using the gym equipment but from day one James has made me feel at home in the gym and has been so encouraging in helping me reach my training goals. To not waste time: I have only great things to say about this gym or the Personal Trainers who work there. I had always been weary of trying a PT – thinking it would be far too intense or daunting – but I'm so happy to say I was wrong. Nice, clean and well equipped gym for reasonable fees. As I non confident middle aged female, I'm comfortable in this environment and would definitely recommend. Also, Personal Trainer James Andrew Hales has worked wonders with my son who has ASD. He has gone above and beyond to get my son into training and has changed his life for the better.
