Been coming to the gym for a couple of months and can honestly say I feel so comfortable there doing my workout. Haven’t been to a gym for years so was a big step signing up but I’m so glad I did, my confidence is rocketing. Plenty of machines, friendly people and the range of equipment is great. Would definitely recommend.
Loving my time at this gym. Very friendly and nobody seems judgemental. Staff are great and Alexa (personal trainer) pushes you, but also encourages you to help meet your goals. Plenty of equipment, so your not on each other's toes etc.
Best gym in Cardiff
I been at this gym now for a few years. I love it. I looked all around my local area and this place was the best. It's got all the up to date equipment it's big and air conditioned well. James and all his staff are so nice. They always help with any questions Before i started the gym I felt very low mood and I didn't have much confidence.
