Members and non members gym ..only members get 20 hour access 365 days .. which are from 4am until midnight daily non members walkins are Mon-Fri 9-9 Sat & Sun 9-1 ..please note that non members cannot access the gym before manned hours which are stated .. no member can let another person in on their fingerprint it’s only for their personal use .. we also have a gym shop which is open in manned hours that sells supplements clothing and other gym items .. we are also on FB and insta under Energetics Treorchy

Great gym and friendly staff
You will never need to wait for a machine in this place lots and lots of different and duplicated machines here, also has a brilliant environment and friendly people. Also it's the only gym I've been to where you can get your full workout in within an hour!!!
