Shane Brown is a great HVAC specialist. He is not only knowledgeable but evaluates and discusses technical solutions in an understandable manner. He solved our 'noisy water heater' problem with a simple fix, saving us money and hassle. When it comes time to service our furnace, he is the man we shall ask for.
Bought a house with an enercare water heater. 60$/month. The thing is broken which prevents our furnace from working. No heat. No hot water. Despite this unit being a rental we have to pay 1100 dollars to fix the part that's apparently not covered by the rental agreement. Cost to buy out of the inherited contract is over 2k.
