We have a rental furnace from this company the unit is only a few years old , 8 days ago something went wrong stoped blowing hot air , the enercare tech came and told us that there was an issue and he would order the part and red tagged it said the part would be 3-14 days we received it 5 days ago we’ve called them multiple times and they made two appointments in which they no showed now when we call they just keep hanging up or leaving us on hold and just don’t come back there is 5 of us including 3 kids if your in need of ... read more
