Received quick service for my old furnace two times this winter. I am very satisfied with the service, which included explaining the issues and answering questions I had.
I had a furnace check-up appointment in… I had a furnace check-up appointment in December and was told I needed my ducts cleaned. I scheduled an appointment for February but forgot the exact date, so I called to confirm. I was initially told there was no appointment on file. After about an hour of complaining, they found my service appointment and offered to reschedule, but at a new price of $600.00 instead of the original $450.00.
