We just got our new rental furnace and Heat pump today. Service crew workmanship is very professional. Customer service has certainly gone the way of the Dodo bird as Enercare exemplifies. I suddenly started receiving bills for a water heater I am not renting. I understand this is because of the Enbridge split but I wasn’t renting a water heater through Enbridge either. I tried calling Enercare about this so-called water heater from 1998 !!! that they were convinced I had in my home, though I informed them that a new water heater had been purchased by the previous owners.
