the absoulte worst customer service !. We replaced our Hot Water tank via Enercare. They removed a hi-efficency unit and put a botton level unit in. Enbridge had a service cal and Red Tagged the hot water tank for faulty installation. (Fenruary 28th) We has a senior supervisor from Enercare our to fix the tank. He responded - it was perfect and the tag was issued in error. Today I learned Enbridge shut off the gas because Enercare did not inform Enbridge of teh clearance despite several follow up calls .
