Service technician Bertrand Endzodo performed maintenance service on our fireplace today - he arrived on time, worked efficiently, was very polite and respected our floors with his booties. Very good service including post-maintenance tip to ensure the residual cleaning product disappears from the door. Thanks for a great job.

Adel - shows up on time, very mindful of the flooring, very polite and profesional, finds the problem right away and fix it in a timely manner. All top of that he teaches me some of the maintainance tip and trick to upkeep the furnce. 10 stars if i have the option to give him.
