Had a new furnace & heat pump installed. Horrible experience. The installers said they were allowed just 1 day to do a 2 day job - the first hint things would go wrong. Insulation and vapour barrier were torn out between the joists and left hanging. Had serious problems with window condensation and couldn't get a reasonable answer for over a month then discovered the installers had unplugged the heat recovery unit and forgot to plug it back in.
