I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but felt compelled to share my negative experience with Enercare, their Installers and Customer Service Team. Enercare installed a new heat pump and hot water tank at my home last Summer. Without my knowledge or consent, the installers cut two holes in the ceiling of a bathroom immediately adjacent to our furnace room, chasing a water pipe.
